I try to clean my fridge out on a regular basis so it doesnt stick up the kitchen but I have some condiments that probably a couple of months old.
Beer. Friends came over with some nasty watered down beer and it's been in there for probably 4 months now. I'll leave it for the next time they come over to drink. After 2 watered down beers they won't know the difference.

You call those friends?
My fridge? I'm sure I have some science experiment in there. I tend to clean it out every couple of weeks though so it never gets too scary.
Though I have a wine fridge with a 2000 Dom Perignon our realtor bought for us at close just about a year ago. Don't have the heart to open it yet.
Aside from that a 2005 Plungerhead Dry Creek zinfandel and 2004 Flying Dog "Wild Dog" Colorado Saison are the next oldest.

A bottle of cheap Champagne I got after winning my first motorcycle race in '94. It's got some stuff written on it. Not worried about it going sour since it probably tasted like a*s when I got it.
