Taco bell has the new 1/2lb burritos for $1.99, and they're about 550 calories. I'm not sure if I can manage with just that, but if I can, it'll reduce my lunch cost to only about $40/month! Hey, it's worth an experiment to find out.

Anyone have any other ideas that they've tried?

$2.00 is big-bucks compared to my usual lunch... and $0.89 can of soup or a handful of baby carrots ($1.89/bag... 5 handful's in a bag). Try skipping the fast food and make your own. Much cheaper.

Top Ramen. $0.10 each lunch.

If you go to Taco Bell for lunch the Beefy 5-layer Burrito is a way better deal than the 1/2 pound burritos. It's almost as big and half the price.
