once you hit your 30's that stuff will catch up to you.

I eat granola bars and a sandwich for lunch....... when I have time. I usually drink iced tea or fruit juice. Today, I ate nothing all day but had a good sized dinner (fish, rice and corn).

My snacks tend to vary a lot, but I generally have 1 salty snack (pretzels, crackers, etc) and one sweet (grapes, granola, yogurt, etc)

I try to be good and drink water but I stay up a lot so Coffee is very often in my diet in large quantities. But no cream/sugar, no need to sully the luscious bean flavor
