Default Vietnamese vs Chinese, Korean, and Thai

Whats Vietnamese like compared to Chinese, Thai, and Korean? I've had the main 3, but never tried Vietnamese. Is it essentially mostly noodles or is it something completely different?

There are a bunch of noodle dishes, but more rice noodles as rice is a plentiful food staple for the culture. Apparently the spice level depends on the region of the country that the dish comes from and it's one of the worlds healthiest cuisines.....

Vietnamese food is imo not really different from chinese or other asian cuisine. All asian cuisine kind of meshes together, for example: egg rolls in china, vietnam, and the Philippines are essentially the same, they just use different wrappers. Pho is pretty much a Vietnamese stable but the Chinese have something similar but they use pork instead beef or chicken and they use a ramen type noodle instead of vermicelli but they may use vermicelli. Anyway every culture has a different taste and take on their food and they are all worth trying. The wiki link posted earlier is a good resource for more info.

Yeah, honestly, it's not really a big difference. In comparison though, it might be a little bit sweeter. I love spring rolls, and pho. Filipino food is where it's at though! It's Asian Soul Food!
