Default thinking about buying a pressure cooker

why not? i have every other small kitchen appliance. crock pot, toaster oven, microwave, electric griddle, foreman grill, panini maker, deep fryer, and waffle maker. anybody have one? what kind of things do you cook in it?

Anything you want cooked quickly - really good for veggies etc, but your steamer is the kiddie for those TBH.



Stews etc are good for them, proper corned beef as well - anything you'd braze for 3-4 hrs will be just as good after a half hour in a pressure cooker, as the pressure drastically shortens the cooking time.
