Not really, adding extra tomatoes and lettuce dilutes the flavor imho.

Maybe adding chili in place of taco meat and cheese only, but that's hardly a taco.

Oh yes...Tacos are by far some of the best foods. I prefer the traditional soft corn tortilla with carne asada, guacamole, cheese and toped with onion and cilantro
