Default Summer BBQing

So last night, for the very first time....I did up some pork chops on the grill, with a spicy hot seasoning rub to give it a little kick. Came out great, and I think I plan on doing alot more chops on the grill in the future.

Whats everyones fave thing to grill in the summer? Chops? Steaks? Burgers?

Lets hear it, and lets hear some recipes! biggrin.gif

Now that i live in an appartment i don't have a bbq sad.gif . I miss it. I would make burger patties let them marinate in a sauce I would make, (Ketchup, Hot sauce and a bunch of sugar). Then fry them up on the BBQ low heat while. HMM so good.

I like a variety actually, I don't think I have a favorite. I'm going to try some new things this year.

I prefer cooking over an open flame. I make mean steaks right on the fire.

Ehh, but BBQ is a universal term for cookout's. I like to do chicken and different pork cuts. A pork tenderloin marinated with saz'on, maple syrup and salt is an evil thing! My meet on the 13th should produce some good grillin'!
