It has 41g of sugar and two no calorie sweeteners added in a serving size.
To give you an idea of how crazy that is, Redbull has 37g. You would probably go into diabetic shock if you drank a whole 2 liter of this stuff.

This "Ice" has less sugar per bottle than a 20oz bottle of Sierra mist which it tastes like
