I have a craving for stuffed peppers and mushrooms. I think Im gonna make some tonight for dinner and was wondering what kind of stuff mixture should I use for them. Those of you who make these at home, what do you usually use? If I cant figure out I'll probably just cheap out and go the easy way and use stove top stuffing to fill them in.

 

I usually stuff mushrooms with spinach and cheese. Peppers I stuff with beef, rice and tomatoes.
