Wow. Well, as much as I like to produce it, I don't think i'm ready to start using it in my entrees. Yikes. I'll send this to my boss and see if he wants to use this book for an upcoming wine pairing dinner, lol.

WOW...Im sure in OTHER cultures thats great but in western cuisine you just cant do that... we still have issues with insects in fine dinning and such. Thtas just getting carried away much.
