It always depends on how fresh the kegs are and how clean the system they're using is running. With a big chain like that, i'm going to assume they probably order kegs in numbers, where a smaller place might be getting 1 or 2 per shipment and constantly getting fresher product.

but... it's octoberfest... they float the kegs once a day! Maybe it's their system. My local bar fav orders 3 kegs a week just to keep it in stock.

It's a Belgian Stout. I liked all of them. Honestly, my favorite is Infinium.

haven't had any of those yet-... sam adams always seems like it's flavor first w/ a little bit of beer-... sometimes i care for it other times i don't.



the american kriek sounds really good i just recently introduced myself to sours-... rodenbach grand cru is one that stands out to me.
