yah pretty much all states passed some sorta law since the feds said if they didnt, they wouldnt receive funding for roadways

just thought i should mention octoberfest from hacker-pschorr is available all year round-... and for anyone who is thirsty for a octoberfest during any part of the year they should seek out marzen style brewed beers.
