They're always only lukewarm when they're served. Is this the case everywhere? It certainly is the norm for the Australian restaurants, the fries are usually hotter than the burger itself.

When I worked there in high school, every burger served was on the grill less than 10 minutes ago. Now, they pre-cook and warm up the meat = luke warm and dry at best.
