Propane or Charcoal
Ive always used a charcoal grill for my grilling needs but this weekend I bought a new stainless steel grill that uses propane. While you can definitely tell the difference in flavor, I think I prefer the charcoal flavor more. But propane is much easier to grill with, and there isnt as much of a hassle to get things going. What do you all prefer?
Saw this tonight and was tempted: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Brinkmann-...Grill/15567899
Half propane, half charcoal.
Half propane, half charcoal.
It was price just under $300. Doesn't make much sense, as the cooking surface is much smaller because of the separation... and they tried showing the same food being cooked on both sides.
I want a charcoal grill, but as much as I cook I need something faster and easier.
