I have been making my own Pierogies and now my friends want me to make them a batch. I will need to freeze them and my question is...do I boil then freeze or freeze after forming them ??

You can do either, but forming then freezing will give you a way better shot at none of them sticking together, or to anything else while they're cooling and what not. Either way, lay them out on a pan with parchment and freeze them, then put them in a freezer bag as a group so they all keep their shape and stay separate.
