went from this, "laser cut stainless" paper thin piece of garbage that was part of a 12 piece 20 dollar knife set:



to this new baller ass 10" forged, hardened, full tang Grohmann Chef knife, thing cuts through carrots like it's a piece of cheese:

I've got the 11-piece Wusthof Classic block. I love 'em, but I need to sharpen them.

Wusthof classic is what I use everyday in the restaurant. They are great knives!

Yes, they are. I just need to get the steak knives that go in the bottom row of the block. Empty slots look lonely and my current ones are from the 50's.
