Default New KitchenAid mixer

I just picked up a new Pro 600 mixer today with some tax refund money. Anybody else use one of these? I want to get the grain mill and start making some bread from fresh wheat flour. Got any good recipes?

Imperial Grey commercial series here. It was a $650 machine that was mixed in with the weaker tilt necks in a sale display for $199. They had to honor it, lol. As for breads, good luck. I hate baking!

We have one of those things. I plan to use it as a home defense weapon if I dont have my .38 on me/close enough. That thing is freaking heavy for a mixer. Can you tell I dont cook much?

I think my mixer has made more Colcannon than anything else. Irish Shepherd's Pie is my specialty.
