Default Meatball recipes

Does anyone have any good recipes for meatballs? Im cooking tomorrow night for my girlfriend and Im making home made sauce and pasta. Would love to set it off with a killer meatball recipe.

Unfortunately, I never use a recipe when I make them. Your best bet is to browse some online recipes and look for one that interests you. I'd go for one that requires more meat than bread personally, but some people like the lighter feel. Fry a small one up in the pan to taste, and if you feel it needs more salt or whatever, add it to the rest of the batch. Recipes should only be used as guidelines. I've learned to many times over that some recipes are complete garbage (as in, it seems the author just wrote down a list of ingredients and guessed at the measurements.)

That's really great.you are cooking for your girlfriend.And that too meat balls,Its sounds good.Well i dont know how to cook meat balls and never tried.So its better that you go through the internet and find out the recipe.do tell how your girlfriend liked it.
