OK....but we're looking at a fast food joint here. Let's look at the food industry in general. A lot of the jobs in it are taken by folks with lesser education. So the dude can't spell fries? If he can cook them well, and get the food moving, he may be worth $15/hr. We can't all be higher in the proverbial "food chain".
