Do you eat curry? whats your favorite curry dish?



I like a nice Thai green curry, my fave has to be butter chicken.

 

I like yellow curry.



I use it in a lot of random things that I make.

 

This English pub I frequent makes a warm yellow curry sauce that they serve with home-made potato chips. It's the dog’s bollocks.

I make blue curry at home. Hard as hell to get the blue color just right, but it tastes phenomenal and burns twice.

 

Depends on the ethnicity of the cuisine. I love Indian curries, but when you get into Thai and African dishes, some of them get to be far to sweet. The green curries in that realm are tasty, but can get pretty evil!

 

I prefer Thai curry over any other type.
