I understand both are different in their own way, but which one is the victor when it comes to getting the most vitamins and nutrients out of fruits/veggies.

If you discard the non-juice parts you are obviously missing SOMETHING, right?

Some fruit & veg can't be juiced they only can be blended like banana's, watermelon's and avocado's to name a few.
