I made mint pesto, now what?

Default I made mint pesto, now what?

mint + feta + almonds + lemon rind + almond oil

I mixed some in with yogurt (or rather, yogurt that's had a lot of the water strained out), and am having it as a snack with pita bread

but I have no idea what to do with the rest. Any suggestions?
