Well, I live in north mexico, so we put it on a lot of things. I like it on hotdogs, eggs, tacos, and any mexican food. I'm not sure what kind of sauce you're using but what we use down here is more like salsa. Not that taco bell runny looking crap. I even make my own salsa which is heavily roasted on the grill. The darker, the better.
