I like Montreal Chicken seasoning plus olive oil seared then slow bbq'd away from high heat with some hickory chips on the grille for smoke flavor.

^Sounds good man. Another good way to go is fresh onion & garlic minced up with some balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a little S&P. Let them sit in that over night and grill them the next day. Great flavor and the vinegar helps break down the chewy fat a bit. Slow grilling is always a good way to go with those chewier steaks too. Gives the tough parts a bit of extra time to break down.

Great ideal!! I cooked up some last night. I put some brown sugar, sweet basil with some S&P and some everglades seasoning. (Special seasoning that’s awesome, its a Florida thing).

What's that Everglade stuff consist of? I like to take it a bit further south then you and use the Sa'zon seasoning. Awesome flavor.

BBQ the steak first on med heat, then just near the end add the spices and sauce. You'll end up with a very clean tasting steak with tons of flavour from the sauce.
