Default How can I dry age my own beef?

I know of this site http://www.drybagsteak.com/index.php, but the starter kit is $120. Kinda outta my price range.

I've never heard of doing this, but it's similar to the way I age the entire animal when I get a deer or elk and it does improve the quality of the meat significantly.

I found a how to here that you might try. I'm tempted to give it a go and see how the steaks come out.

^Sounds good, but buying a whole loin strip or ribeye is by no means cheap either!
