Default Hot Sauce

I'm sick of Sriracha, Texas Pete, Tabasco...basically the stuff you can pick up anywhere. Anyone have any good recommendations?

There has to be at least some taste to it as well. I don't mind spicy but if that's all the sauce it about then it's useless. There has to be a good balance between flavor and hotness.

I like the flavor of Tabasco so i just drop +/-tablespoon of Dave's Ultimate in a large sized bottle and shake that beast. I wont scorch ya, but it peps it up nice and still saves the Tabasco flavor

It really depends on what I'm eating.

I love Chohula at the local burrito place. The flavor just compliments their food perfectly. I don't really like it on much else tho.

I'm quite fond of the green El Yucateco and use it at the local dirty Mexican restaurant.

At home, I use Marie Sharp's from Belize. Hot sh*t. Good sh*t.

I use Frank's quite often as well. I always have a bottle handy. Actually, I think SOCKS turned me on to it.

I'm sorry, but for perfect heat vs. flavor combo, there is no topping cock brand sriracha sauce.....there just isn't.
