Default homemade raviolis- precook the filling?

should I brown the ground turkey before hand? or should it let it cook when I boil the actual pastas?

^Yes!! If you try to cook it inside the pasta, the pasta will be overcooked. Fresh ravioli only take about 1 1/2 minutes to cook. Cook the turkey and any onion or garlic or other raw vegetables you're using and mix it with the cheese. Let it cool before you fill the pata.
