That place sucks. Their burgers and fries are plain and nothing special. And the CS is lacking. They built one here recently and got everyone's hopes up. Most ate there once due to the hype and never went back. The only ones still eating there are the California immigrants.
We have Whataburgers that have been around for decades as the Texas "fast-food" burger of choice. Even Krystal Burgers (Whitecastle style) came for about 2 whole years before packing up. Freddy's Burgers may be on it's way out also.

More to the second point, fast food burgers suck. Period.
For a plain burger gimme Buttf*ckers. Otherwise it's The Counter or Flip.

I half expected the video to be of me. I was pretty joyously stuffing my face there a few days ago.
I think In-N-Out is great. I've had better burgers, but never better reasonably priced fast food burgers.
