Default Grill utensils

What kind of utensils does everyone use for grilling? I just picked up an all in one kit with a pretty cool case. It has the spatula, grill brush, kabob skewers, tongs, and a big fork. BRING ON THE GRILLING MADNESS NOW!

I have (and use) the spatula (hamburgers), tongs (chicken) and of course the brush (although mine has lost many bunches of teeth). The big fork is useless to me. Wouldn't mind having the kabob skewers, but I do have a grilling basket which I use all the time.

Quick grilling recipe for that grilling basket:

1 green bell pepper

1 red/orange or yellow pepper

1 onion

Slice all into strips about 2-3" long. Onion do the best you can to keep an even size.

Coat with about 2 T of olive oil or other oil

Sprinkle about a tablespoon of Lowry's seasoning salt, 1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder (depending on how much you like garlic), and no more than a teaspoon of pepper. Mix together until well coated. Season more or less to taste (I've never once used a tablespoon or teaspoon for this recipe, just made them up now to give approximate proportions).

Grill for about 5-10min until tender and starting to brown.

Goes great with any meat off the grill.

I have a standard grilling set in a case with those, plus the Pampered Chef grill spatula, and a bunch of grilling baskets, etc.

Tongs and a spatula.....I have the whole set, but the fork just lets precious juices escape, so that thing stays in the case!
