My friends family is having a pig roast this Sunday and I've been invited to go. This is my first time every going to one so what should I expect? They said they have a whole pig and got some crazy big grill or smoker or something to cook it. Does it taste like any other type of pork or is it different? Im not a big pork eater as it is but I am definitely curious to try this for some reason.
