I'm not too familiar with cuts of meats, but when I go to the store for a good steak I look for rib-eye steaks. A big one is usually $12+ but it's so friggin amazing! Then I cross my fingers that I don't over-cook it on the BBQ!

As long as it didn't use to whinnie I'm happy. But the rib eye is a good one.

They raise buffalo down the road. Prime feed too. They get the waste from a fresh fruit and vegetable packer. Pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, carrots, broccoli; they won't hardly eat corn anymore.

i like strip steak and flank.



i usually just cut em up to pieces and braise them in stews and curry.

Sirloin for me folks. Controversial, but I like it very rare too - I have 'cooked' it with a blowtorch before.
