Favorite Cheese?
I and my wife are die hard cheese lovers and it would be cool to hear what your favorite cheese/s are.
Some of mine are P'tit Basque and Aged Gouda.

Buffalo Mozz is killer, I agree, but I also love me some goat cheese or feta. Smoked Gouda is hard core too. To many delicious cheeses to choose a favorite.

Mozzarella di bufala is great on pizza or pasta!
I'm a sucker for Blueberry Stilton the BEST dessert cheese ever
For smoked cheese, Gouda is a great standalone but I like lightly salted crackers and Gruyère
Of course, just a slab of the sharpest cheddar will do on some days too.

St.Albert's Cheese Curds........ You guys have no idea what you're missing out on.
I live right near where these are made. You can buy them fresh (as in minutes after they are made) and when you eat them they squeak in your mouth. A TRUE local poutine contains only St.Albert's cheese curds.
I know where I'm going next weekend!
