I'm Italian, so my family makes a ton of different pasta dishes to go along with all the regular turkey, stuffing, cranberry, green bean casserole, potato dishes. And there's usually about 15 different types of pies and cakes too. We definitely go over board but its sooooo good! Just thinking about it is actually making me drool now.

We have tarheel beans as a side dish, brought to Washington from North Carolina a couple of generations ago when my family moved over.

I also occasionally make a meat casserole. Last one I made had 9 different animals all in the right proportion and the only non-meat ingredients were sauce and seasoning.

My mother makes Mince Meat pie. Some people think a desert made with meat is kinda strange.

LMAO Floyd about the 9 animals!

I make cornish game hens instead of turkey. It goes a lot quicker and I can do different seasonings for different people.
