Id like to punch people like that in the face. He basically pissed all over the chefs work too, I'm not the only one who wants to kick that guys ass.

Best way to cook a steak anyway is a hot as you can get it cast iron skillet anyway.



I usually marinate mine for a while with salt, pepper and some garlic powder then soaked in a bit of Worcestershire sauce before frying for about 3 minutes per side.
