Can you grill a pizza?

It came out great with nearly no mess and the bottom was the same color or lighter then the top... That's the power of infrared grilling. I think I will do this more often and maybe even make my own dough soon.

Nice man. Grilled pizza does take on a whole new flavor, but in a better way. Nice grill by the way! I'll be lighting it up for my 5 year anniversary party on Sunday!
If your having issues with the pizza sticking, get a kitchen towel and soak it in some canola oil or w/e and after your done scrapping

^That's a good idea to do a few times a season either way. PAM grill spray also works, but it's a lot more expensive. You really shouldn't have trouble with pizza dough sticking as long as the grates are nice and hot when it goes on.

I do it on a charcoal grill, much better. But you need to only have a small amount of coals going or it'll burn. But, the flavor is amazing.
