The wife and I are starting another diet tomorrow, so I'm interested in hearing what some people eat that is low in calories and/or good for you but still has a lot of flavor and is satisfying.

Bonus points for including a recipe. smile.gif

If nothing else, try putting food on a small (salad sized) plate. You won't be able to fit as much on there, so you will eat less (if you can control going back for seconds).

Yeah. Rice is probably a good idea and we don't eat much of that right now.

Yeah, grilled or baked chicken is one of the things we eat a lot if we're on a diet. It's still good and not bad on calories.

Go online and look up recipes that usally contain fatty meats (beef, pork) and make it with chicken and turkey. My wife can make meatloaf, gyros, stroganof, salisbury steak with chicken and a bunch of others. that way you don't sacirfice taste while on your diet. Step away from butter salts if you can, breads. and white sauces alfrado, and the sort. portions is a big thing as stated limit what how much you eat. Eat a good breakfest have a snake for lunch and have a nice healty dinner. If you try to skip meals when it is time to eat you will eat more and ten your deit will be pointless.
