Default Awesome water pitcher on kickstarter

Maybe I'm a snob, but I seriously hate that piece of crap plastic thing I have in my fridge. Finally someone took the time to design something nice.

a water pitcher?

Why not just grab a glass throw some ice in it and fill it at the sink thats like 3 feet away?

or put ice and water in the glass with the built in fridge dispenser?

They already make pitchers for filtering water. Except these have useless little things like "lids" and "handles" to crap up the beauty of this kickstarter design.

Not everyone lives in a place where the water is palatable from the tap, and not everyone has a dispensing fridge. For those of us in these conditions, a Brita filter pitcher is the no-brainer solution for water that doesn't taste like (in the case of my municipality) bleach, dirt, or soap depending on what they feel like putting in the pipes.

Faith insinuated that I live in a trailer park without city water service and I hinted that his sister does as well. It's kindergarten-level humor we engage in between ourselves.
