I don't think that's very accurate for me at all. That's probably 10x the dairy that I consume for one thing.

not even close for me either...I mean not close at all. My diet consists of 1 egg in beer in the morning and beer noon and night

I'm much higher for milk, fish, and coffee and much lower for non-cheese dairy products, corn syrup (I try to consume none), and fruit (I prefer veggies).
