Default anybody make their own balsamic vinaigrette

tried all these recipes and I cannot find any that taste good



I have good olive oil, and so-so balsamic vinegar



anybody know any good ways of making it?



I honestly prefer newmans over my home-made stuff

Are you going for basic or more of an emulsified dressing? If you use a food processor and add some simple things (ie. red onion, garlic, fresh basil, a little orage juice to sweeten) to your vinegar, then slowly blend in the oil, you get that nicely bonded dressing. Dijon mustard is always nice too, if you want a little more tang instead.
