<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (SwiftTiburon @ Apr 17 2005, 03:40 PM)</div><div class='quotemain'>Yea thats pretty expensive but then again I almost paid that much to. My Tib had 38k on it and the dealer wanted $12,945 for it. We got it for 11 which is still a lot. With taxes and all the garbage, 14 grand. I still owe 8 grand to the bank. Theres cheap Tibs out there and you'll find them. Dont get ripped off like I did lol if I knew how much I could get a Tib for, I would have never bought the one I have now.

Where did you get yours? I went to flippin' Langhorne, PA for mine, haha. I know up in Linden, I think... Sansone is NUTS. I saw an electric blue Tib there for $13,500 sticker price with 55,000 miles on it. My Tib's transmission went on the Parkway right through the Raritan toll plaza, so I had it towed to Sansone to get the transmission replaced. Damn north Jersey!

I HATE Sansone's. Thats where I got my Tib from too. Yea, that dealership in particular overprices their cars and every salesmen there is a douche bag. Seriously. I hate their service area to..I wait the whole day to get my strut changed. Unreal. Luckily I see they did your transmission right since your car is still running smile.gif Yes, north Jersey blows. South is where it's at. laugh.gif

lmao! those guys are so lazy. My seat is always pushed wayyyy back, radio is switched and is either loud or turned off, they leave the plastic cover on the seat and the paper mat on my carpet..I'm like "shouldnt they throw that out?" After they did one of my struts they test drove it for like 10 miles. Grrr, so stupid.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (hamhead @ Apr 11 2005, 11:09 PM)</div><div class='quotemain'>Paid $6500 cash for my 2001 Tib with 6k miles on it. Mwahaha. tongue.gif Salvage titles really aren't bad as long as you intend on two things:

1. Not reselling the car in the near future
2. Make sure its rebuilt properly and you check it thoroughly.

Saved me a butt load of cash considering I probably won't get rid of the Tib until it rots, which I decided on before I bought it.
