Well, an update from me:
I sent my pieces to the company, tried calling/e-mailing and got nothing. I'm kinda mad now because they have my housings too because I wrote a detailed description on what I wanted done. I'm going to call again tomorrow.
And I got my blue bulbs in, just wish I had some housing to put them in.... lololol.

Well, I decided I would take the same route that Regit did as per UrS0NvS. I found a heat gun for 20 bucks at Lowe's along with florescent light lens (5 bucks).
I will attempt to put it together tomorrow and take pictures and not to take Regit's idea to post a DiY... if it's cool with Regit.

update:
still working on mold material, stuff that releases from ribs in light better, still working on it though. Not giving up, just gotta not be so cheap.
I have in mind what I want to do, it's just getting the time to focus on it. Spring through November are our busiest time, so it's hard to devote any real time to mods. Especially when you work six days a week.
I have some other ideas I may try to incorporate too. Until then, I'll keep at it and try to keep everyone updated a little more closely.
