<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (HyundaiKitCoupe @ Jun 8 2005, 12:55 AM)</div><div class='quotemain'>i loooove the heat! it used to be my favorite time in school. ok, no i'm not a perve but don't you like to see all the babes wearing t-tops and skirts???? i miss those days... college ends too early for girls to do this... and unfortunately it's even bad to look at a girls that way in college because they will feel harassed.

do you think the 20% tint will absorb the heat? i mean tints are black. i noticed my car was hotter than before tinting. maybe it's just my imagination...

i love these temps. the hotter the better. the more humid the better. maybe i'm just wierd.

You outta move to South Texas, ESPECIALLY where I'm at..I've had friends that are in the Navy from all sorts of places, and one thing they tell me is that this is one of the worst humid places they have ever been to. Besides, South Padre Island is only 1.5 hours away from where I'm at wink1.gif

^ yikes!! 02.gif haha, you bet i will love it! as long as there are girls involved LOL and how could you go wrong in the navy!! haha... well maybe being on a ship with a bunch of guys for months at a time during the summer won't cut it, and you will be without your fried tiburon!!

i always watch the temperatures and the hottest temperatures are always in Texas and New Mexico. There are areas that go up to 112º!! youch, that's scorching. but texas still has beaches. gulf coast waters tend to get very hot (top 80º-95º during the summer).

the northeast gets a little dose of everything for months at a time. that's what i love about it. laugh.gif

well, living 15 minutes from the ocean, humidity is a way of life. At least I do not get the salt like I did when I lived less than a minute from the Atlantic Ocean. I will admit there is something wrong about climbing into bed all clean after a shower, and the sheets are damp from sitting in 90+ humidity all day (generally 300 days out of the year)

Tibby01, NOW YOU'RE TALKING!!!
My girlfriend gives me weird looks in the winter when I want to go to some place "not as cold as WINNIPEG" to go skiing, like in the Rockies, while she wants to head to like Guam or Hawaii, or Cuba. I give the same look back at her wink1.gif

I've always wanted to go there. Would be my first choice for a vacation in the Caribbean.

But like tibby'01, give me a nice ski slope in the 20s any day.

I hate when it's too hot + high humidity and when it's too cold + high humidity.
But I prefer summer to other seasons.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (2kShark @ Jun 8 2005, 03:17 AM)</div><div class='quotemain'>How many miles should I clean out my K&N air filter and how should I go about cleaning it??
<div align='right'><{POST_SNAPBACK}></div></div>

You should clean it when it gets dirty. Sometimes inspect your filter and when you see some dirt (more than just a bit) - clean your filter.
Best way - buy K&N recharge kit. It has all instructions how to clean, stick to them.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (HyundaiKitCoupe @ Jun 8 2005, 03:55 AM)</div><div class='quotemain'>do you think the 20% tint will absorb the heat? i mean tints are black. i noticed my car was hotter than before tinting. maybe it's just my imagination...

Tint film is made that way that it block (like a filter) some part of Infra Red radiation with heat. So less heat gets into the car. You can touch tinted glass and non-tinted glass (windshield) after the car baked under the sun. Tinted glass will be hot, non tinted - cold.

The girls here are very pretty considering this is a small area. Especially if you like pretty Hispanic girls, there's a dump load here..lol. Eva Longoria was from here and she was voted Maxim's hottest girl in the world! The weather isn't the only thing hot around here wink1.gif
