well i was on my way to work this afternoon, and i pulled up to a stop sign at the same time as another car and we did the whole u go no you go thing so i went and she sped off at the same time turning on to the street i was on and she slammed in to the front passanger fender and now its all crumpled up.... this freaking sucks, ive had my car for just over a month, and was about to start doing some work to the car but now im gona have to pay this off because its gona be a 50/50 accident, and then the old lady got out of the car and started freaking out on me for not staying where i was, and the one thing i could get her for is the fact that she didnt have her turn signal on but there was no witnesses to the accident.... but anyways thats all for now, this is a wonderful birthday present(my birthday is Saturday the 12th) EEERRRRGGGGGG!!!!!

ya dude tibs have bad luck. im surprised i havent got in an accident yet. probably now after the turbo and new paint and hood. damn i gotta be careful

 

That totally sucks about the car man, don't it always seem as soon as ya get something nice some one has to ruin it. This is why I purpose a check up driving test every 6 mo. for people older than 60. Countless times have I seen old people merge into lanes on the freeway without looking, make left turns out in front of other cars, etc.... They need to face the fact that their reaction times are slowing down(its a fact of life). I know when I'm that old I won't mind having to take a test to prove I can still drive. I rather be safe than end up killing some one because I thought I could turn left in front of 40mph traffic.

 

dude, that blows.... but 50/50 is better than an "at-fault" in regards to your driving record
