Don't forget the attitude he's displaying right now. When it all comes down he just says fvck em (remember him telling you that about me oh so long ago redz?). He puts it off as it's someone elses fault. And yeah...go to his email or aim or yim or his website...it doesn't do anymore good than anything else. If it's true that the people standing up for him don't have all their stuff I don't blame them one bit for standing up for him. They're hoping they'll give them what they've paid for! If they say something they'll never get another thing from him (soon as I spoke up he wasn't willing to work with me AT ALL!). I see where they're coming from 100%

I don't know him, and have nothing against him, but I have known some members here over the years on this and prevoius forums, and it would be totally unusual for them to just come up with accusations like this for nothing; so I guess something is really wrong.
An advice, stop fighting him, that's probably what he wants so he can say: "I am not going to answer your B***S**T and I am not going to post ever again here" and in that note, he plans not to answer the people who trusted him and were scamed.
Get a thread like "Speed-Factor - TIM orders not sent" and keep it clean so nobody has excuses not to answer there, if the man vindicates himself, well, that would be best for everyone.

why would you feel bad for me since im sticking up for tim?? doesnt really make sence, i talk to him on a daily basis and have gotten everything i need.. yah its taken 5 boxes instead of 3 but i got everything.. some stuff didnt come on time so he sent what he had.. even had an item drop shipped and rushed here..
like i said tim gave me another personal # so i can call him with any questions.. has guided me thru everything i need to do for install, cuz im dumb, and ignorant..
i have also heard alot of the shady sh!t from the buyers part.. and seen some things in email about kits, so its not all tim guys.. dont matter, i got a schweet turbo kit, and you guys wont have oppurtunity to have one, at the quality, price, or benifet from anything..
yes, i do agree tim needs to get more organized, but everyone needs to be more understanding, that when he says 2 weeks it gonna be longer, lol..
tims got the best quality and perdy much only turbo kit out there and its been proven tim and tim again.. he tests his work on his own damn ride, and provides dynos, how much more can u ask for..
running a one man show, while having 75% of emails or posts about buying kits, and then not having enough funds, and then 20% or so people actually buy something, and the other 5% back out, dont pay, or just tell em they dont want it nemore after he started.. thats alotta shit to sort thru for one guy.. he needs more help and will come back with something bigger and better than what he has now..

Did you see the pictures I posted? No way in the world would I call that the "best quality". Like I said...as a person Tims great. He can't make car parts for various reasons though and should quit ripping people off. I'm glad you're happy with what you've got. Unfortunately it seems like 1 out of every 10 is all that ends up happy with the results though. I don't think it's the buyers that are the issue. And I had his numbers too....as long as he thinks he'll get more out of you he answers. As soon as it's an issue, he doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, doesn't respond to im's or pms and emails. I think the number of people voicing their concerns shows there's a problem. And like I said...I know for a fact that most of the people on mirageforums never got their stuff (or working stuff), or the quality was horrible if they did get it.

I only wonder why he hasn't taken the position you have... because if he had, all he would have been guilty of, is to be desorganized.

I will not take more orders than I can deliver in the future. I will demonstrate that all that was said in other forums, and some in this forum is not true and that I am dependable; maybe take a little long, but I am dependable".

way 2 go Tim. Now it is up to the rest of you. Lets try and keep it a little more, eh, "reserved" as far as complaints go. Tim is trying (see above) and if any of you think it's too late, thats fine, but I would like to applaud the fact that he appears to be acting more grown up about the whole situation. Maybe meet him halfway and see if we can get some things worked out....
not supporting or opposing, just my $.02
edit: no more "promises", if there is something that you can't get done, say so. people will appreciate the honesty more than they will about the promised but unrealistic speed of kit assebly and shipment
