you guys do realize that plexi scratches really easily and cracks frequently. plus what do you want to show off the 13" donut underneight? come on guys now only will it be heavier then the stock but it's some shit a honda owner would do.

I don't think anyone is planning on putting this over a BARE TIRE WELL, and I think most of us are smart enough not to put anything on top of it, and I doubt anyone here is dumb enough to just put it over the tire/rim spare.

Not to mention if a CNC is being used to route out the lettering, it would have to be about 1/4" thick or so. Not so easy to crack. Not like the .083" plexiglass you would get from home depot or lowes. :roll:

I took plastics shop in High school for 3 years.

I can say I've worked with it a tiny bit.

If it's not being used for weight bearing, and it's not that WIDE of a surface area, I don't see any problems beyond scratching.

When you were an admin here you weren't worth a damn, and I actually help folks out. I've never said I know everything, and I damned well don't pretend to, I just try to learn everyday here like others do. I don't reply in areas I have no clue about, and I don't push my "theory of rice" or what a car should be on anyone else.
