Should I get revenge?
Walked in on my boyfriend cheating on me Friday night. Spent the weekend at my parents place. His excuse, he was drunk and didnt realize what he was doing.
I told him I wanted him out of my place today by 5:00 (the time I get out of work) and if he wasnt gone by then, then I would be calling the police to have him escorted out. He is to leave the keys too, but I'll be changing the locks tonight regardless. He said he wont be able to get all of his stuff out time and that some things may be left behind.
What should I do with his things if they're still there? Leave it out at the dumpster, burn it, or donate it to a homeless shelter?

give him a time where he MUST have it by and leave it outside the door.. you don't want to get yourself in legal trouble by donating or burning it.. or alike...
sucks that it happened, but you don't want to end up going to jail or something for burning/throwing away/donating stuff that is his.

What socks said, but if your looking for revenge call up a old guy friend and have him bring your ex's things to him. That should get him wondering.

If he was living there, most states require you to give him 30 days notice to leave. If he's willing to leave right away, give him up to 30 days to get all of his stuff.

This. And just hope it rains tonight! Maybe hire a TruGreen Chemlawn guy to come spray your yard and "accidentally" get it on his stuff. Whoops!

Ok, just discovered all the smileys that we have that would work so well. So this is how it goes:
You come home on a Friday night, your bf is all , at first you're then  then and and he's just and and and then you're not just but and then you go and him.

Dude, I read that post too quickly. Whoa.
But seriously, revenge... won't really teach him anything, its like kicking a puppy because it shat indoors. It will probs sh*t again a few more times. Just put his stuff outside if he doesn't get it soon.
