So I ordered Hoses and a couple of other items back on Nov 16th.On the 19th they took my money from the credit card and they still haven't responded to my daily e-mails.I had one return e-mail saying that my order would be shipped in a couple of days,but that was at the end of Dec.Does anybody know whats up with Shark Racing?I have ordered quite alot of parts from them before and never had this problem.Larrs

 

You've been lucky before. This is SOP for most of the Korean based businesses, they cry and b**** about how their customer service is the best, but then they just stop responding.

3/4 of the reasons I ceased my friendship with Kspec.

 

Because Shark Racing is a bad site. They have poor quality parts, horrible customer service, they lie, takes forever too get their products, **my credit card companies think they are fraud, and they are all around a bad place to buy from. There are a few good sites for us out there, I would NOT recommend these guys. I've had problems with them in the past and so have a lot of people. That's why everyone here hates them. Further more, if you ordered their silicone hoses, just file a paypal claim. Get your money back and buy some Samcos. If the claim doesnt jump start them then f*** em.

Yeah, samco sports are about $100 cheaper, and WAY nicer.

 

larrs, i thought you were warned about buying from shark racing before? or typed "sharkracing" in search on here? man i'm sorry we didn't find out sooner. hope you get your parts.

 

My 4-1-1 header,front strut bar,full set of pedals,fasteners,grounding kit,all came with like,lightning speed service.I read all the warnings while I was getting these parts and thought that being from Canada it was easier for them to ship to me as my header came 7 days after I ordered? I have had great service up until Nov 16th.Never waited more than 10 days for anything.i feel crushed and ..........you know that "I told you so,thing"Oh well,hope it all comes together soon.Larrs

 

It happens. As a ADMINISTRATOR for Kspec.com , I'd get most of my packages in 4 to 7 business days, and then I had one go for 3 months.

And they wouldn't answer MY questions about it.

Hell, I had a few parts I tried for over a YEAR to get.

 

call your credit card company, tell them you ordered back in November and never received product and that you'd like them to remove the charge. See what happens... if they credit you back for it, buy SAMCO hoses and never visit an SR website again.

 

So,I finally called my credit card company and sure enough they are investagating my purchase.They cant get ahold of Sharkracing so they reversed my credit order and will notify me as they hear more.I really didn't want to go this way,but oh well.Larrs
