I agree....why bother if you are not able to fullfil your obligation? I understand things happen but explain and rectify the issue somehow!!!! Matt and I are having a similar problem right now as well. If you can do it do it and make your profit, if not let someone else do it that can.

Moral of the story?
Just don't buy stuff over the internet.
You want something, go to local performance shop, have them order what you need, if they charge a lil more, pay the diference, at least your garanteed not to get scammed and they will replace the product if defect within a few days, plus you will receive within a few days. If they don't got what you need, then f*** it need something else... Im just sharing my experiences, i ordered thru internet and most times stuff were broke, scratched, late, plus i have to pay HUGE UPS fee...

i know thats what sucks too...
i hate computer, im a conservative guy who hates everything about computers...
i myself am a programmer analyst for the government of canada and cant stand it for too long again...
im gonna go crazy.
maybe im bitter cauz recently i got SR taillights and they were broken, i glued them looks like shit and left one is all scratched, and they havent replied my emails... f*** i should ve ordered the APC one from my local shop... 100 more, but in GOOD shape...

hey... here is an idea... check validitity of consumers before working with them... ask around... call people... ask questions... its the only way to keep from getting screwed over. I know that it happens sometimes and that yes parts get busted up (mostly because of bad delivery habits) but you cant get that upset... just work it out with the people you bought it from. I know this is about a website mishap but i just wanted to make it clear about buying parts off the internet.

Yeah, that's a good point too, look how many times we tell folks that HDK sucks, KORE sucks, TSR sucks, SR sucks, but folks still order from them.
