parked my car where i always do at work...... near the back door where i can see it, in front of a 25' embankment, last week and stupid landscapers hit a rock with a weedwacker and sent it into my rear window.... left a hole smaller than a dime an shattered my whole window... luckily my tint held it in place...... but
just lettin yall know a new rear window is roughly $600 + installation + molding

There is a reason that Companies carry insurance. My own carries it, and the only way I can hurt somebody with my equipment would be if I dropped a monitor on their head.
It does suck that the window in your tib was shattered, especially with tint. If the owner of the landscaping company does not want his rates to go up.. he will probably pay out of pocket. Something like that IS an accident. As you have tint, no doubt the guy running the wacker didn;t even notice the glass breaking.
