That sucks man, seems like you have some bad campus police with nothing better to do. I've met a few good campus police, but more bad ones, I don't really care for them.

keep a digicam in your car and take a quick snapshot everytime you park your car for at least a month. I do it everytime i park at wallyworld if i have to park between two people just for damage sake. take a pic of you car when it is parked legally with a timestamp on your car so there is no way they can argue with you. pictures tell the truth.
